Hello helloooo! So, I’ve done many reviews for jeans already, but I am excited for this installment because this is the first review I’ve done for a denim jacket! Today I’m bringing you a Levi’s Authentic Trucker Jacket in Forever Dark review! Levi’s is one of the few companies that has stood the test of time as a classic American denim brand and continues to produce a variety of more modern styles, but stays true to its original roots with items from their Icon Collection such as the Trucker Jacket, the well-loved 501 jeans and Western Shirts. The Trucker Jacket is the first of its kind since 1969, and is tailored to a nice slim feminine fit in the original 100% denim blend. I was excited to review this jacket, since I was in the market for a nice dark denim jacket and have been eyeing it for awhile in my local Levi’s outlet store!

When I first received the Trucker Jacket, I was excited at the look of the wash…it’s a beautiful dark blue blend with contrast orange stitching and the iconic red Levi’s tag on the inside of the left pocket. The wash is faded in all the right areas, and once I wore this jacket outside, I was impressed with how vibrant the blue was! As for fit, I took my usual size small, and it fit perfectly and has kept its shape. The tailoring really is great…I almost feel like it was made just for me. I can button it up with it fitting snug but in a flattering way…not restrictive at all. It hits right above my hip at a 16 3/4″ center front length, and the 100% cotton blend is nice and thick yet soft, keeping me warm enough while remaining breezy when the weather can’t seem to make up its mind.
