Mavi Emma Slim Boyfriend in Painted Artist Vintage on Denimology
As we are carried through Spring and on into Summer, the warmer weather often incites us to break out our looser fitting, more casual clothing to wear with our open-toed sandals and flip flops. This sometimes means our tighter-fitting jeans get swapped out for boyfriend jeans on those lazy weekend days at the beach, the park or around the house! The entire concept of boyfriend jeans was so lost on me several years ago when they first came out, and it was Rich & Skinny who finally convinced me with their boyfriend jean in Twilight Vintage—it was then I realized this style could have a more feminine look with a more contoured fit to better accentuate our curves, and I also found that even more comfortable than the baggier styles that came out initially. I was recently introduced to Mavi‘s slim boyfriend style, the Emma. I hadn’t tried a slim fitting boyfriend style before and they looked too comfortably stylish to not give them a try.
